provide information, advocacy and extraordinary service! As a buyer's agent, my services are Free to you. The seller pays all commissions. I can assist you in finding a home in the counties of Cobb, North Fulton, Cherokee, Bartow and Paulding Counties. |
My loyalty and responsibility lies with the buyer. It is my job to put your interest above all others!
Once you enter into a signed buyer's agency agreement with me, I am obligated by law to represent you and your best interests. I cannot disclose any information to the seller that you do not authorize.
